Important Information

Bib Assignment

Dynamic bib assignment will be conducted at Packet Pickup.

What does this mean?

Athletes will receive their bib number at the point of picking up their race packet. Corral placement is done by estimated finishing time. Your corral letter will be shown on a sticker that is placed on your bib at the point of pickup.

Any request to move to a faster corral or to switch race distances must be made at the Solutions kiosk during Packet Pickup. Be sure to review your corral before leaving Packet Pickup.

  • All participants must pick up their race bib during one of the Packet Pickup times, unless they purchase the Packet Mailing option (below).
  • Participants must bring a photo ID to pick up their race packet. Participants may pick up on behalf of their friends/family by presenting a copy of the participant’s photo ID. A digital photo on a cell phone will suffice.
  • Participants will receive their race goody bag, filled with their race bib with timing chip attached, safety pins and race shirt. 
  • Those who wish to exchange shirt sizes may do so at the Results Tent on Race Day, subject to available sizes. Shirt exchange will only be available after Will Call Packet Pickup is over.
  • Participants MUST complete the medical information on the back of the bib – which must be worn on race day.
  • Bibs must be worn on the front of your running shirt or jacket. The bib number MUST be visible during the run. Do not cut, fold, or alter the bib.
  • If picking up for four people or more, please contact Athlete Services to make arrangements for Group Pickup. Email the list of names plus the packet pick up date to turkeytrotchicago@ltevents.zendesk.com. Requests must be received at least 48 hours in advance.
  • New registrations will be available at Packet Pickup based on availability, so bring your friends!

Alternative Packet Pickup Options

Individual Bib Mailing

If you would like your bib mailed to your home, you can select the bib mailing option during registration or visit the link below.

The bib mailing fee is $15 per bib (not per household). You will be able to pick up your shirt and goody bag after the event in the Results Tent. Bibs are mailed in legal envelopes, and will not have safety pins in the envelope.

Deadline to reserve bib mailing services is November 15.

Group Bib Mailing

This option is for orders of 4 or more bibs to be mailed. Bibs will be mailed in legal envelopes, and will not have safety pins in the envelope.

Each person in your group order will be able to pick up their shirt and goody bag after the event in the Results Tent.
