Schedule of Events

Friday June 28 | Expo & Kid’s Race

• 10AM – 2PM | Expo Load In
• 3PM – 8PM | Expo + Athlete Packet Pick Up
• 5:30PM | Kids Race – Little Niners Start
• 8:30PM – 9:30PM | Expo Load Out (as needed)

Exhibitors approved for Saturday set-up are welcome to leave weighted tents, tables and chairs. We recommend lowering tents overnight and packing up all valuables, as there is no overnight security.

Saturday, June 29 | Race Day & Finish Festival

• 5:30AM – 6:30AM | Finish Festival Load In
• – PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE.
• – If exhibitors who are approved to exhibit on race day wish to park within the exhibitor/sponsor parking area, you must arrive no later than 6:00AM. If you arrive later, be prepared to walk to your booth space/finish festival area.
• 7:30AM | Race Start
• 8:30AM- 6:30PM | Finish Festival
• 6:45PM | Finish Festival Load-Out Begins
• 7:30 | Awards – Caribou Highlands

If exhibitors who are approved to exhibit on race day wish to park within the exhibitor/sponsor parking area, you must arrive no later than 6:00 am. If you arrive later, be prepared to walk to your booth space/finish festival area.

Expo exhibitors must provide their own tables, chairs, power, ice, wifi, etc.

**Note Lutsen is about 4hrs from Twin Cities

Parking
One vehicle pass per brand will be provided by race management. Vehicle passes must be placed on dashboard. These passes will be distributed prior to race weekend. No trailers are permitted in this parking space.

ADVANCED SHIPPING

Booth Materials
All exhibitors that need to ship materials for Expo/Finish Festival activations should ship to the address below between Monday, June 17 and Monday, June 24.

Please send a complete list of shipping items and tracking information* to receive the advanced shipping address information, along with any specific instructions to Lily Burns – lburns@lt.life.
*Please provide tracking number – required for all shipments.
**Reminder: Each brand is responsible for outbound shipping post-event.
